My Cannabis Story
Like many patients, I too started consuming cannabis recreationally when I was younger, prior to legalization. Like many others, I too found myself taking it medicinally before I even realized that I was. I certainly knew that it helped myself and others cope with things that they normally struggled to cope with. Things like PTSD, anxiety, depression, pain, insomnia, epilepsy, and even cancer.
I've found comfort in cannabis. It eases my chronic pain, helps me sleep, helps me eat; it even helps me regulate my blood sugars. My personal consumption method can be described as layering. I find lasting pain relief from taking edibles or tinctures, companioned with topicals for analgesic relief. I also enjoy a smoke, dab, or, vape here and there to provide acute help for my needs. I tend to search for products high in THCV to help with weight and blood sugar regulation. Since starting my intentional cannabis journey I have been able to drop two different insulins, and over 115 pounds. Thanks to mindful cannabis use, I have been able to live a more physically and mentally balanced lifestyle.
My biggest passion in cannabis comes in the form of helping other patients. I delight in looking over terpene and cannabinoid profiles. Helping people learn how to adjust their dosing needs? *chef kiss*
I offer training courses, cannacian certifications, 1 on 1 education and dispensary shopping, dosing help, even discussing cannabis and plant medicines in the spiritual realm. I'm more than happy to talk cannabis any time!
